Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected. The shipping charges will be added to your final bill. International order will be delivered within 5 – 30 business days.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per your My Town Stor Account, unless otherwise specified at the time of check out. My Town Stor is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Customs/Duties
Note that all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country: you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Policy and Terms
By placing an order at My Town Sto you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to My Town Stor. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Returns And Exchanges
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Mytown_dubai@hotmail.com and send your item to: My Town Store, P.O.Box:56555, Dubai, UAE, Dubai DU, United Arab Emirates.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as an online credit valif for six months.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
